Yet More Snow

Nobody was very pleased to see the snow yesterday morning. We kind of knew it was coming but hoped it wouldn't be much. Even Poppy wasn't initially too impressed.

We had to cancel our lunch outing and farmer daughter decided to come back early from her weekend away in mid Wales. 

There is no doubt however that it is very scenic. Farmer daughter and I went for a walk with the dogs to check the sheep.

Suddenly against the snow Sky doesn't look quite so white.

The ewes were quite happy in the field with some extra hay.

There are not such dramatic drifts this time but there are a few in the making.

Let's hope for some better weather soon.
