North Somerset Show

The first May bank holiday is always the North Somerset Show which depicts a variety of country life.
The weather helped to make a good day out and it is a good chance to catch up with friends.
The dog agility was in full flow with lots of happy dogs!

The dog owners made an interesting sight "walking the course". Obviously a serious business with their virtual dogs!

A variety of animals were to be seen around the show. Alpacas are supposed to be good at warding off foxes and therefore protecting hens. I have never managed to persuade the boys to give it a try!

A lot of children were enjoying holding the different owls.

This little chap below I recognised from the Botanical Gardens.

There was also a variety of entertainment in the main ring

The champion pig was unloaded for all to see.

He was part of a parade of all the champions.

A good time was had by all!
