1.The lights over the central water feature were looking good.
2. When we reached the ice rink it was just being cleaned between skating sessions and was looking sparkling and fresh.
3. Soon the skaters returned.
4. Fun for children and adults was underway again.
So as Snap has nearly come to an end there is not much time left for bending the rules so here's one extra! Older daughter was out there skating with her Young Farmers group. She told us she couldn't stand but she seemed to be doing a pretty good job.
a lovely festive feel - the shine on the ice is lovely - I'd be wanting one of those kids sliding seats if I were to venture onto the ice!
ReplyDeleteYour first photo in this grouping is lovely. What a nice clean surface to take flight on ...
ReplyDeleteYour iPhone did a do a great job on these photos. Looks like a lovely evening!
ReplyDeleteIphones are amazing tools, no doubt about it; but I suspect having a talented eye to spot the picture and click the button at the right moment also helps :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos - I was only saying to my son today that I would like to go and see the ice rink.
ReplyDeleteParticularly like the top one - looks like a magic runway!
ReplyDeleteThat first photo is a show-stopper!
ReplyDeletecool night photos...I love those blue push-chairs
ReplyDeleteLooks very festive and I think she seems to be doing well - not a skill she acquired from our side of the family!
ReplyDeleteI thinks Cribbs looks so lovely at this time of year. The best camera is always the one with you. I have just been over to Helenas as I am very late posting my snap and had to laugh at your comment about the wreaths, my reply: Oooh! Maggie you could have five festive rings! the farmer might sing a little song as he walked by them! posted it then realised you won't see it! The season is definitely getting to my poor 'ole brain.
