Chestnuts Roasting by an Open Fire.

We have several sweet chestnut trees on the farm that are turning into lovely trees. This year they have quite a lot of chestnuts on them.

A friend is keen to come and gather some to have a go at cooking.

 I hope she brings her gloves with her!

Perhaps I should get the recipie books out and have a go too. Anyone got any tips?
