Tomatoes

We nearly always have a glut of tomatoes at this time of year.

So we are always finding different ways of using them.

 I always make some tomato relish using my sister in law's recipie. This is a firm family favourite for using in sandwiches. I can't say I like the smell when it is cooking but it's worth it for the end product!
