Christmas Preparations.

It may only be the beginning of November but it is time to think about Christmas cooking. Today I got out the fruit for the Christmas cake.


The fruit is all weighed out and the brandy has been added. 


Now I have left it to soak over night.

    WE had hoped to get our cake and pudding done over half term. It'll have to be this weekend now!
