Gathering Together

There has been a lot of talk about having a get together of all of my mother's family and this weekend it finally happened. My auntie and uncle coming over from New Zealand for a holiday made an ideal time to meet up so on Saturday over 30 relatives descended on the farm.
My mother is the eldest of seven of which 5 were able to come. It was an ideal opportunity for some photos. These are taken by my younger daughter.

Then the whole gathering except two late comers. Monty was a little perplexed by the whole affair!


Then the youngsters went for a stroll around the farm.



Which of course included a little puddle splashing.


Some visitors stayed around for Sunday but now they have all left. Everything seems a little quiet without them all around.
