5 in 5 in the Vegetable Garden

I am one day late but I am joining in with Sandie's 5 in 5. I took my camera into the vegetable garden that is so well tended by my brother in law to see what I could find. There are many flowers as well as veg!
You can just see the wispy asparagus behind these flowers.

Borage which helps attract pollinating bees.

Parsley seed heads to self seed.

Courgette flower.

A peep through clematis seed heads at the beans.

    1. Yes it does look like it is week of the brother in law! I might add that the greenhouse and veg garden is run as a a communal area although he is the chief worker on it.

  2. What lovely photos and garden Maggie. The borage brings back happy memories of when it used to grow in my garden. Time to buy another i think. Some lovely angles you have taken, thank you for joining in this month.

  3. Now there's a fine place to spend some time. Walked through some allotments yesterday and felt quite wistful! On the subject of vegetables, the supposed self-set pumpkins have me perplexed. Tiny fruits beginning to form and for the life of me I can't think what they are! Look like yellow courgettes, but foliage seems wrong and where did they come from..? Need to post photos.
